Polished Concrete Maintenance
Protect the investment you've already made. Scheduled maintenance keeps your floor performing at the level it was built to.
A polished concrete floor is a long-term asset. Like any high-performance surface, it benefits from scheduled maintenance to keep it performing at the level it was built to — and to extend the life of the surface significantly.
Maintenance typically involves re-applying densifier to restore surface hardness, re-polishing to bring back the specified sheen level, and re-sealing the surface to restore stain and chemical resistance. The frequency depends on traffic, use, and the original finish level.
Most residential and collector garage floors require maintenance every two to five years. High-traffic commercial floors may need annual attention. We provide an honest assessment of what your floor needs and schedule maintenance on a cycle that makes sense for the space — not more often than necessary.
