Timm Sowders has been in the flooring industry since 1984 and has specialized exclusively in concrete polishing since 2004. That background — coming from the flooring side rather than the concrete pouring side — shapes everything about how 2 Palms approaches a job.
The focus is on the finished surface: how it performs, how it holds up, and how it looks ten years from now. Slab correction, proper densification, and progressive diamond work done in the right sequence. No shortcuts, no coatings applied over problems that should have been fixed first.
2 Palms does not pour concrete, install epoxy, or apply decorative overlays. The work is polished concrete, slab correction, surface prep, and restoration — and nothing else. That singular focus is what makes the difference on high-stakes projects.

Notable Work
First Porsche Design Studio in the U.S.
When Porsche selected a location in Portland, Oregon for the first Porsche Design Studio in the United States, the floor had to meet the same standard as the brand. 2 Palms was chosen for the project.
The existing slab was ground, corrected, and polished to a glass finish that performs under showroom conditions and daily foot traffic. The work has held up exactly as specified.
Other notable projects include private aircraft hangars, award-winning Street of Dreams homes, and collector garages housing everything from vintage Duesenbergs to modern European sports cars.
